The ACT Guide App is a multifunctional tool for professionals who work on the basis of techniques from Positive Psychology. With this app you get a wealth of exercises, animations, games, videos and illustrations. You can send exercises and even entire sessions to all your clients, who can all use the app for free as long as they follow a program with you.
The app is made up of three parts: Training, the Playground, and an Education section.
Under Training you will find complete online training based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. You can give these as a gift to all your clients to support your own program.
The Playground also offers a great world of all kinds of exercises, which you can send separately, but with which you can also build your own sessions.
And finally, the Education section gives you as a professional the opportunity to deepen your knowledge, with the help of articles, tutorials, you name it.
