The Ministry of Agriculture has developed the Alim'confiance application to make available to the general public all the results of official controls carried out by the State in food safety throughout the food chain.
With the Alim'confiance application, you can consult the level of hygiene of the businesses around you (restaurants, food trades, distributors) using an interactive map. The results of agri-food establishments are accessible via the search window by entering the name of the establishment or its health approval number present on the label of food products.
Alim'confiance allows you to consult the results of official controls carried out since March 1, 2017. Every day, new results of official controls are added to the application and remain visible for a period of 1 year.
