We've been working hard to give you more insights about the value of a property you're considering. We've added a new section to each listing which shows you nearby properties that have recently sold, giving you a sense of local market activity.

That's not all... One particularly savvy bird created a property alert on Allhomes with all the right filters. Before the property was listed, that bird got an Early Access alert which gave it the chance to inspect and make an offer before other buyers.
Now, that bird and its little bird family are having a lovely worm roast in their dream house.

Spring has sprung, which presents Canberrans with two problems: fending off swooping magpies while riding their bikes, and confidently navigating the bustling spring property market. While we can't legally claim the Allhomes app will deter magpies, it won't not do that either.
What we can do is give you easy access to past sold prices and photos of properties to help you search, inspect, and make your decisions with confidence. Excelsior!

In some cultures, the number 7 is considered to be a lucky number. Here at Allhomes we're pretty confident that version 7 of our Android app could be our luckiest version yet. Insofar as luck is quantifiable, which it isn't, our internal luckologists guestimate a two-fold increase in luck-based outcomes for people using version 7 versus any other version of Allhomes. Don't believe me? You're right not to. But you should download the upgrade anyway.
Dear Santa, I've been really good this year: I brush my teeth twice a day, I lie about flossing so I don't hurt my dentist's feelings, and I always help little old ladies cross the street. All I want for Christmas is to be reminded about the inspections I'm going to. I love looking at photos and re-reading descriptions, but sometimes I don't remember until it's too late! Just about the only thing Canberrans love more than quietly judging people based on which side of the lake they live on is sinking their teeth into the weekend's auction results. We can now notify you as soon as Saturday's auction results come in for the ACT. Just give us the O.K.
Want more photos of a property you found in the Allhomes magazine? Introducing Scan & Find! Just point your phone's camera at an address and you'll be taken straight to the property details where you find inspection times, see the block size, and get in contact with the real estate agent. Not as clumsy or as random as using your thumbs to type, but an elegant search tool for a more civilised age.

Version 5.20 was good while it lasted. But like all good things, it must eventually come to an end. Version 5.20.1 improves on its predecessor in many ways; most noticeably it won't explode when you perform certain searches. We here at Allhomes believe this to be a Good Thing™

We found something that didn't look quite right yesterday, so we fixed it
Say it with me, class: "Performance improvements and bug fixes".
We tracked down and vanquished a bug that was affecting users who upgraded to Android 9. So you can now upgrade with confidence knowing Allhomes will be there to help you find the perfect house!
Some rental properties were falsely claiming that there were no inspection times scheduled, right underneath the scheduled inspection time for the property. Not ideal. The app will now be more honest in these situations.
