Ayni Chef is a startup whose business name is to give entrepreneurs and culinary professionals the opportunity to create self-employment, through a collaborative economy model using technology (mobile application and website). Consolidating a virtual platform where chefs will be able to expose their profile and their dishes to interested users.
Why do we do it?
This type of (collaborative) economy is very beneficial, since in addition to helping to rebuild the social fabric, it promotes gastronomic entrepreneurship, generates income, increases the rate of economically active people, provides the appropriate tools to new entrepreneurs to increase the capacity of rapid growth, considerably minimizes the initial investment, cancels almost all fixed costs and grants the start of its activities with a competitive advantage by determining the most economically advantageous gastronomic offer.
Who do we do it for?
Professionals in gastronomy in our country are undervalued, causing a currently high rate of dissatisfaction, since the remuneration for these professionals is very low (minimum wage), pushing this sector to start their own businesses in a market that is too competitive. and with many entry barriers: Lack of knowledge, procedures, financing, culture, contacts, etc.
Ayni chef's main objective is to support these ventures and encourage the construction of a personal brand for each chef, using technology and new economic models while the microenterprise generates income.
Who are we addressing?
The collaborative economy is very effective since it breaks certain links in the traditional chain of commerce since it directly connects the supplier with the final consumer, exposing the deep inefficiencies of some traditional markets. In simple words, this inefficiency occurs when someone can produce the same product at a lower price or at the same price, but with a much higher level of quality.
How do we intend to do it?
To initiate the actions for the implementation of AYNI, one of the most important tools is the Mobile Application, which will focus on the following main functions
• Exposing the culinary expert (promoting their personal brand) on a virtual platform with a number unlimited users
• Connect the user with the gastronomic offers of various culinary experts (professionals or amateurs), so that their delivery men deliver the product to the customer's home.
• Another important function is to make a delivery service available to users.
• Contact the main suppliers of gastronomic inputs to provide them with a profile so that they can contact our chef users and offer their products, thus further minimizing production costs.
• Provide the service of digital marketing, branding, addressing, updating and profile design, etc. to culinary entrepreneurs.
