This Social Assistance Check application can be used to view social assistance participation, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Cash Social Assistance (BST), and the Family Hope Program (PKH). In addition, users can see a list of social assistance recipients around their administrative area and can provide objections to recipients of assistance that are deemed inappropriate. There are several social assistance disbursed in September 2022 distributed by the government to the community. The social assistance consists of routine social assistance such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), to Village Fund BLT. Hand in hand with the increase in fuel prices (fuel oil), the government also provides additional social assistance.
The following is a list of social assistance disbursed in September 2022
1. BLT BBM
This BLT BBM has started to be disbursed in early September, Thursday (1/9/2022). Approximately 20.6 million Beneficiary Families (KPM) will receive BLT BBM in the amount Rp. 600,000. The disbursement is carried out twice in four months with a nominal value of Rp. 150,000 per month. This means that for each disbursement the community will receive BLT BBM in the amount of Rp. 300,000. In the first stage, BLT BBM will be disbursed in September 2022, while the second phase will be carried out in December 2022.
2. BSU
Apart from BLT BBM, there is also Wage/Salary Subsidy Assistance (BSU), which will be disbursed in September 2022. It is planned that BSU will be given to workers with a maximum salary of Rp. 3.5 million. The amount of this BSU is Rp. 600,000 and will be given to 16 million workers .The disbursement of BSU will be carried out once with a full nominal value of IDR 600,000. The mechanism for distributing BSU itself is still in the preparation stage. However, the Ministry of Manpower ensures that BSU will be disbursed in September 2022.
3. PKH
There is also routine social assistance that will be disbursed in September 2022, namely the Family Hope Program (PKH). In September 2022, PKH social assistance will enter the fourth phase of distribution. PKH is distributed every three months through bank members of the State Bank Association. PKH varies depending on the criteria. For example, the category of Pregnant/ Postpartum Women will receive IDR 3 million/year; Early Childhood category 0 to 6 Years, IDR 3 million; and for the Elementary/Equivalent Education category, Rp. 900 thousand. For the Middle School/Equivalent Education category, Rp. 1.5 million will be received and for the High School/Equivalent Education category, Rp. 2 million. Finally, there is the category of Persons with Severe Disabilities, Rp. 2.4 million. and the Senior Category Rp. 2.4 million.
4. BPNT
Then there is Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) aimed at the poor and vulnerable or Beneficiary Families (KPM). BPNT is distributed through PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). BPNT is given in the form of food assistance such as groceries. The 2022 BPNT assistance is given IDR 200,000 and distributed every month in 12 installments.
5. BLT Village Fund
Next, namely BLT originating from the Village Fund. BLT Dana Desa is given to poor and incapable families in villages that have not received other social assistance such as PKH, BPNT, or Prakera Cards. The amount of BLT Dana Desa is IDR 300,000 and given every month.
6. Pre-Employment Card
Another government assistance disbursed in September 2022 is the Pre-Employment Card Program which is entering Batch 43. Participants who pass the Pre-Employment Card Selection Batch 43 will receive an incentive of Rp. 600,000 per month for four months. This means that each participant will receive an incentive totaling Rp. 2.4 million .Incentive given after completing the training.
