NIP consists of 18 (Eighteen) Digits, Employee Identity Number (NIP) is a unique number assigned to each civil servant as an employment identity consisting of 18 digits containing the year, month and date of birth, year and month of first appointment as Candidate Civil Servant Civil (CPNS), gender, and serial number.
