report us With the Connexxion OV App you have current departure times at hand. Using your GPS location, the app determines which stops are close to you. You can immediately see if your ride is leaving on time.
You can easily search the App by stop name, bus line or by geographical location on the map. At each stop you can see which lines stop there. At each bus line you can see for each direction at which stops the bus stops.
You can set stops or bus lines as favorites in the App. You can indicate per bus line whether you want to receive a notification for current travel information (about detours and blockages, for example). You can set this per line, per day and per time slot.
If you have chosen a stop or line, you will see the buses on the map. The current position of the buses is regularly refreshed.
With the travel planner you can request travel advice from your current location or your chosen address to every travel destination in the Netherlands. For bus, tram, metro, train, ferry and walking.
At "Detours" you see an overview of planned and unplanned diversions or disruptions per bus line.
Under Customer service you will find contact information and a feedback form.
This update includes the addition of Stappover, which was previously available as a standalone app in the store.

At departure times we now also show the expected crowds/occupancy in the vehicles.
Textual adjustment for E-Tickets.
The travel planner now indicates which crowds you can expect on the bus. This is represented by 1, 2 or 3 figures.
With this update it is possible to buy an E-ticket one way within the travel area of Connexxion. After purchasing the E-Ticket, you will receive an email containing the E-ticket (PDF) with QR code. This allows you to check in and out on the bus.
This E-ticket is valid for a single journey with Connexxion.
