CryptoConvert was launched in 2017 to help make it easier for people to visualize the cryptocurrency market.
It started as a simple currency conversion calculator with cryptocurrency support. Need to know the latest Bitcoin price today? Easily convert BTC to USD or any conversion you need. Want to know how much 6.5 Ethereum is in Litecoin? Convert any cryptocurrency to another. Traveling abroad and just want a regular global currency converter? CryptoConvert supports fiat to fiat conversions like USD to Euro.
Over time the app expanded. With the Movers and Shakers list, you can get a holistic view of the market and see which cryptocurrencies have changed the most across different time periods. This makes it easy to see which cryptocurrencies are rising or falling the fastest.
With the extended information feature, you can view data like market cap, circulating supply, all time high price, and more for each cryptocurrency. Also included are outbound links to whitepapers, subreddits, and official websites.
Lastly there is a portfolio feature which allows you to keep track of your holdings over time. Enter the amount that you own for each of your cryptocurrencies and your average purchase price if you know it. Open your portfolio at any time and instantly see how much your assets have changed. It'll show you everything from the current market value of each asset, the percent change, and value change over different time periods.

Fixing data source for local currency data
- Fixed infinite loading screen that can sometimes happen when you lock the screen during refresh
- Fixed the bug where occasionally all currencies are marked as stale until the next refresh
- Improved currency fetch stability using modern networking libraries
- Improved the layout of the movers and shakers to be split into two tabs and improved query performance
- Introducing a new pro setting - default app mode. Now you can set the app to start in any mode besides the calculator
- Adding a "previous price" column to the extended currency information to better show price history
- De-prioritized stale or rank 0 cryptocurrencies from appearing near the top of numerical sorts
- Fixed portfolio crash when a 1d historical price is missing

Introducing the Portfolio feature! Now you can manage a portfolio of all your holdings in one place and check metrics like total value, percent change, and a variety of other data points. Access it through the Navigation drawer.
Also new - Portfolio integration with the extended info of each cryptocurrency. So now if you own a holding in that crypto, it'll give you further insights on how your assets are performing.
Lastly, fixed a few small bugs, cleaned up some code, updated libraries.
NEW: Introducing a new Movers and Shakers view to show you the biggest changing cryptocurrency values across different periods of time.
Also, adding "value change" on the individual cryptocurrency pages alongside the percent change, and also including the 24hr price change percentage in the regular currency catalog view. Additional minor bug fixes and tweaks.
New Feature: Extended Cryptocurrency Info Finally Included
Simply click on a cryptocurrency from the multimode list and be shown more in-depth information about that currency. View the market cap, highest recorded value, and percent change over the past 1d, 7d, 30d, 365d and year to date.
Also, if there are any external resources available like a website, whitepaper, twitter, or telegram link, it will be included at the bottom of the extended info.
