This release fixes two bugs:

- In certain circumstances a booking could be set to "Arrived" when initially receiving the booking.
- Pulling down a job whilst off shift now puts the device on shift.

Included in this release:

- Bug fix: in some cases a booking could be incorrectly marked as arrived when initially dispatched to the device.
- Bug fix: in some cases the job offer dialog could display twice
- Added job type description to job offer dialog and main screen
- Added warning on parking fee amounts over £100
- Added logic to only offer parking entry on airport pickups and dropoffs as appropriate
