"Mahakim Mobile" is a free electronic judicial service open to citizens offered by the Ministry of Justice.
The services offered by the application:
- Service monitoring of civil, criminal, administrative and commercial files at the level of the courts of the Kingdom.
- Service follow-up of complaints and reports (PV)
- Service follow-up of files of civil, administrative and commercial notifications and executions.
- Service of the commercial register: this service offers, on the one hand, the possibility of knowing the documents necessary for the creation of companies and the legal references which regulate it, and on the other hand, offers the possibility of research and investigate the legal existence of companies registered in the commercial register whether they are linked to natural or legal persons. This service also makes it possible to verify the authenticity of the certificates of the commercial register of the various certificates by scanning the QR code.
- Favorite Folders which provides easy access to previously viewed folders.
- Cash service: which, on the one hand, allows the calculation of court fees and allows the amount paid by the user to be checked at court level.
- Judicial map that provides the geographical coordinates of the different courts of the Kingdom.
- Service monitoring of offense reports reported by fixed speed cameras.
