report us The Easy Charging Quality (ECQ) app will give you access to over 700.000 charge stations in 22 countries. With just three quick steps, you can start charging:
1. Enter your charge card number, scan the QR code or select a link that was sent to you by your e-mobility service provider.
2. Login with an existing account, register as a new user or skip for guest user access.
3. Set up your desired filters and start charging!
Add your vehicle
By adding your vehicle to the account, the app will automatically only show charge stations that are relevant for the car you want to charge.
Favorites lists
With just a tap on the screen, you can now save favourite charge stations so that you can easily navigate to these locations.
Set your filters
The app will only show you charge stations that you are looking for, whether those are available chargers, fast chargers or chargers that provide app based payments.
Payment options
Multiple payment options are available to the EV driver. Besides using your charge card, the app also supports several direct payment methods (subject to change per country).
Account management
View your previous transactions, manage your charge cards and change the app settings in the account menu page.
New: Trucking Locations are now available in the app! You can now see whether a charging station supports EV cars, electric trucks, or both. Want to focus only on truck-friendly locations? Use the new filter for trucking locations directly on the map.
Improved: Enhanced translations for Romanian, Spanish, and Italian for a smoother in-app experience.
Password policies have been updated to follow our newest security standards, this means new passwords must be at least 15 characters long.

We have added a couple of new features to this release:
• Users can now view additional information regarding charge point directions or instructions from the charge point operators.
• Anonymous users can now sent their receipt to their email after finishing a charging session with the app
The following bug fixes have been included as well:
• There has been an update on translations
• There was an issue with scanning of the QR codes that has been fixed as well
Let’s finish the year with a bang! This release will be our biggest one so far:
- For our registered users, you can now calculate your estimated charging session costs before you even start charging.
- Save and edit your bank information in your account.
- Change your password in the app, no need to be redirected to your browser anymore.
Our latest release includes bug fixing and improvements in the design for the end user. The following improvements have been made:
* The search field in the list view is now working for all countries
* The warning message about possible additional costs is only shown when applicable for the end user
* The app is now available in the Polish language as well
* You can now save your favourite charge points with a simple tap in the list view

- Charge points with Schuko socket types are now also shown in the app
