The Juego del Hijoputa is the version with Spanish deck of the Pumba, Mau Mau, etc. Also known by different names in Spanish geography such as Rebuti, La Pesta, Chupate 2, etc.
There are many versions of the same game, but basically they differ in the key cards. In this case we have the following:
The ONE: Steal one
DOS: Steals two
The THREE: Change the sense of game
The SOTA: Wildcard. Switch to the Palo you want
The HORSE: Jump to the next player
The KING: Repeat turn
And do not forget to press the "HIJOPUTA" button when you have a letter. If you take too long, you will steal two cards.
