I am Daniele, I present a completely new Method for Meditating, to relax, to rebalance the Chakras based on listening to the sound produced by the Harmonic Monocorda. An ancient instrument, which can be traced back to Pythagoras, and which I build personally. I suggest you combine the Monochord Sound with your Meditation. On the web you can find other techniques that guide meditation with voices or sounds but this is the only one that uses the monochord.
