Important: You can use the netbanking app only until the setting of netbanking on November 8, 2017. Then use George or the George Go app for your digital banking.
It's best to go straight to:
- Download George Go on your smartphone.
- Just enter with your existing user number and password.
- After a short meeting, you can use your digital banking right away.

• Current information about checking account, savings account and securities deposit
• Enter domestic or foreign bank transfers or commission them by using the templates created in netbanking on the PC

The netbanking app also gives you an overview of the sales of your bank cards and credit cards
Unfortunately it can happen that you lose cards or they are stolen from you.
This is an awkward situation that will hopefully never happen. If so, then you can use the netbanking app
• all your bank cards and s credit cards (= Erste Bank's and Sparkassen's own credit cards)
• lock online immediately - the lock is active immediately!
Erste Bank and Sparkassen offer you a mobile portal with netbanking in the mobile web.
Just activate the function "mobile netbanking" in the netbanking app menu.
Branch and ATM search
The app will show you the nearest branches or the nearest ATMs in all countries where Erste Group is present: Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and the Ukraine.
Only the ATMs of the local Erste Group Group institutions are displayed abroad, and in Austria also the ATMs of other institutions.

Here you will find a 24-hour helpdesk, the 24-hour service and the special service "I want to become a customer" for new customers of Erste Bank and Sparkassen.
