FI Zilal Provincial Qur'an on the shore of the Qur'an
Fîzılâl'il Kur'an (Arabic: في ظلال القرآن) (Turkish: in the Shadow of the Qur'an) is among the important Qur'anic commentaries. Egyptian leader Jamal Abdul Nasser was assassinated and then captured in prison by Seyyid Qutub, who was arrested along with the Muslim Brotherhood. It is thought by some that the Qur'an is comprehensive and easily understandable, which affects many people. Nonetheless, some traditionalist and modernist folks find a flaw in this book as much more personal thought and experiment than trivia. Tafsir is a very important influence in the Islamic world.
The work was translated into English, French, German, Urdu, Turkish, Persian. The volume of each translation is different, and the number of volumes in Turkish translation is 16.
