Achieve the integral, harmonious and sustainable development of the economically disadvantaged communities of the Eastern Region of the Dominican Republic, with emphasis on those geographically located in the zone of incidence of the sugarcane agroindustry ( bateyes) and surrounding areas.

Training of Technicians for the Pringamosa Power Plant.
The institution was created in 2002, as the executing arm of the social policies of the Pringamosa consortium, a business entity in the agro-industrial sector of sugar cane, with the purpose of providing a comprehensive approach to the problems of marginalization of the sugar bateyes, as well as also to technically train young residents in the rural communities around the Pringamosa Sugar Mill, who did not have the technical skills to enter positions within the factory, this is how with the support of Infotep (National Institute for Professional Technical Training) They train 50 young people in metrology, industrial mechanics, and industrial electricity courses and they joined the work immediately.

Project, Youth and Employment.
Starting in 2003, for reasons of economic bankruptcy of the Pringamosa business consortium, the foundation began job placement projects for young people from marginal areas who dropped out of school and did not finish high school, with financing from the Inter-American Development Bank, started the project Youth and Employment, leading to training in technical courses (Electrical Maintenance, Bakery and Confectionery, Plumbing, Sales and Industrial Clothing Manufacture) and placing 1,500 young people with this profile in decent jobs. (Youth and Employment Project of the Ministry of Labor of the DR), who carried out the internship level mainly in the Hotels of the Bávaro-Punta Cana tourist resort, a high percentage of them were hired in the same companies.

Overage, Repetition and School Dropout Reduction Project.
In the area of basic education, through the competitive funds of the Ministry of Education, the Project for the Reduction of Overage, Repetition and School Dropout was carried out in 40 educational centers of the school district 05-04 Hato Mayor del Rey Municipality, reaching to impact 9,400 children who reduced overage by 80% and improved their school performance.
