This is a health service that is currently not yet covered by the statutory health insurance funds - we are working hard on this! The medication costs of the private prescription are borne by the patient.
What happens if no diagnosis can be made?
We can make a diagnosis in 99% of cases. If it is not clear from the photos, we will refund the money.
