The Ministry of Public Administration and Security has developed a service called "Life inconvenience report" in order to solve the inconveniences in the lives of the people.
If you have a complaint that you do not know where to ask for a solution,
Now, if you have just one app for reporting your inconvenience, you can simply report your complaint to the administrative agency (accept the complaint).
1. Application
: It is a service to register complaints with local government by using various intelligent functions (GPS, photos, etc.) of smartphone.
You can easily register your complaint after selecting the complaint type, registering the attachment file, and entering the report content on the Complaint Report screen.
2. My complaints and satisfaction evaluation
: It is possible to inquire about the status of the complaint registered by the applicant, and the complaint can be deleted (withdrawn) before the result is registered. Also, you can evaluate the satisfaction of the complaint processing result.
3. Life inconvenience report gallery
: You can save the photo taken with the app for reporting the inconvenience and attach it at the time of complaint registration.
※ Gallery photo information will be reset when you delete the app.
4. Save location information when taking pictures
: Saving the location of the shot when taking a picture through the "Annoying" app. After that, we use the location information of the photo as a reporting location when registering the complaint and plan the more accurate complaint handling.
※ GPS (location information) function is required when photographing via application, app.
