Be careful, especially with your payment info. They will charge you twice and say we have a no refund policy, mind you i didn't try to make payments and accidentally do it twice. I am on a recurring subscription so it was definitely something with the system. I wouldn't care much if their customer service was good. But nooooo it was blame the customer so you don't refund. Once this end its a wrap for me.

The new fix is foolishness. It's not working properly. I've had issues opening my account and it would no let me. When I was finally able to sign in, its stating that my subscription expires after I just paid. I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer support and no one responds to their whatsapp numbers or live chat. This is the worst service ever.

I don't usually review on the apps I use but I just have to. Ever since the new update, the app has been constantly crashing and not being able to watch movies on the website either. I subscribed for last month and I only got to watch 3 movies. I even complained but nothing was done. I mean I never use to have any issues with the old version of the app but even if you guys wanna upgrade your app, I think you should try making it convenient for your consumers to use without complications.
