Probably one of the worst apps a carrier can have. Bloated with ads, sometimes unskippable. Forced blocking updates. Most used features are hidden in the furthest menus. The app itself is 50% webviews of poorly optimized web pages. TIP: If you're looking for current account balance, it's hidden in "Portrait icon" > "Bills & Usage"

This new version is bad. Everytime I spend True point there will be pop up message, said " something wrong." The app still work normally until next time I had started the app it won't open up it keep restarting. I have to uninstall then install again in order to use.

Very Difficult to use and always buffers 👎 Even buffers vdo on demand... illegal streams are better😂 I have mega fast internet and other apps have zero issues with streaming even live sports. Only True app can't stream👎Suggest you find an alternative app if possible 👍
