Please, Xiaomi, get you s#it together: I have the Redmi buds 5 pro and since the beginning the app rarely detects the earbuds and sometimes only 1 connects. I've tried everything: clearing the cache, clearing all data, reinstalling, restarting, power-cycling them, messing with all the parameters inside and outside the app, I've followed plenty of tutorials in YouTube, the app is just buggy and unreliable. I have the latest app and firmware: nothing makes them work as supposed to.

Bud 4 Pro is alright at beginning but one side getting disconnected repeatedly during walking or when phone is keep in pocket. Funan service centre operation date crash with my Tue off day schedule twice which delay my warranty expired. I arrived their new outlet n they didn't offer me any upgrade or repair because 2 months expired, then I said "I should throw away then?" (staff just smile). Their sale service is really bad. Now their Bud 5 Pro price drop by 60% at retail.. I'm switching brand..

This earbud Redmi buds 5 pro, have terrible connection issue with my phone honor play, it keep disconnect, really annoying. When my phone connect with other bt device no problem, this earbuds connect with other device no problem too, but not when these two connect together, really annoying, have to reconnect manually multiple time until connection become stable. I usually dont give 1 star but i really hate this earbuds problem i facing like f.
