My first Eques device stopped working (camera broke when not in use). I couldn't find another device & app that worked like this one. So I bought another Eques & had a little trouble setting it up. It appears to be working now. Three months later, I charged it & now it says offline in the app, & the device has a black screen. I emailed Eques & got no answer. Will not buy again!

I've installed this device for more than a year already. Initially, it was working fine. However, for the past many months, when the PIR detection is turned on, the motion detection continuously activates every minute without any external movement outside my unit and creating a nuisance. It's also draining the battery drastically. Is there any software update to fix this issue? I'm very disappointed!!

Only works perfect for the first few months. Useless after... Ppl walking towards and past my door or putting leaflet at my door but no detection on camera at all. Live view loading super slow, and many times capture after that person is gone. Put on high sensitivity and alarm in 1 sec, but only detect ppl standing in front for maybe more than 3 sec... When ppl press the doorbell, phone rings after ppl left. Formatted/reset camera & reinstalled app, still no use. Why???
