Terrible user experience... it's just the newspaper online, so you have to zoom way in and scroll around to read anything. Edit: turns out you can click on a story to read it, but it's pretty janky. EBT should take some cues from NYT - experience designed for the mobile user, not just a port of the newspaper itself.

During peak viewing times (like in the morning), the app fails to load content. There are other issues, when you can see content, but without content when you actually want it, there is no point in raising them. Who wants to wait, to read the news?

Having used digital access to my local newspaper since Hot Coco I'm pleased to say that it has come a long way. It's now almost possible to read the comics, for example. However the run together words remind me of Sanskrit. Obviously no one is looking at the finished product on a regular basis.
