Great app. Especially for free. It keeps track of your lifting records and your previous sessions, so you'll know which workout you're doing next. It automatically adjusts your goal weight for your exercise, but you can readjust the goal weight whenever you feel like it. I haven't tried the premium, but I might consider it. Again, great app. Easy to use.

Looking for alternative apps to strong lifts. This one seems decent. But the inability to export my own data in the free version is ridiculous. It's my data. I created it. I understand that maintaining an app 'incurs costs' but this is not a feature that should be paywall blocked. This shows a lack of respect for user data rights.

This has nothing to do with respecting user rights. All data is stored on your phone; we neither collect it nor have access to it. I'm glad you find the app decent, but a 1-star rating suggests that the app is unusable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer these features for free.

Love it. No subscription, great features. Keeps the tracking nice and simple and yeah, did I mention no monthly subscription. I put in all the weights I have on hand and it tells me exactly what to put on the bar for warm ups and main sets. You should be doing the 5x5 and this app makes it that much easier to knock out your workouts. Good luck, keep lifting!
