10/10 The best source to look up book, not only when you actually need to find something, but also just to look what to buy in the store. It also tells where's the nearest place you can physically buy the thing your looking up

Overall the app is quite ok. I like the easy acces to promotions for premium users. However, I am not fully satisfied with the delivery options and the need to buy one book from the series in a stationary store because it's not available for a delivery. Also I cannot find the option to show only books in English which aren't for language learning, if there is one it's way too hard to find.

Bought an electric kettle that was supposed to be delivered on 5/Dec, still waiting. Support responds saying they are not responsible for the issue as they are only an online platform to connect sellers and buyers. DON'T TRUST EMPIK BRAND! They deleted the information from EMPIK website. I took screenshot of the purchase so I have proof, otherwise would lose money and not be able to complain. Obsługa Klienta lying saying address incorrect but I ordered other item 1 month prior and was delivered
