1-in first month bill I payed 10+AED in terms on knowledge fee, while in subsequent payment it is also applicable dnt know why. 2- unable to turn on msg and email notifications in app. 3- I don't have gas connection on but getting gas bill as well in terms of service charges plus texes 4- electric bill in 30+ but got service charges more than 70 don't know what type of charges are that can someone explain

I have never been able to make a payment through the new app. It shows a blank page at the final step of payment and remains still without any progress. Reinstalled the app multiple times, still the same issue. The old app was better.

I have been facing a big problem with your app since i downloaded it, all goes smoothly till I click to pay my bill, and then your App freeze waited long after receiving the OTP from my bank that it open, but nothing is done for your information, I did delete and download your app several times, and the issue remained the same I expect your advice to fix that problem as it will spare me long queues at the electricity offices ..
