Used it once but I won't use again. Booked a pickup it said was a minute away. It stayed as a minute away for five or six mins, then changed to 7 mins away. Finally turned up 15 mins after I had requested. It is clearly not real time tracking. I tried to cancel when it was taking too long and it said if I cancelled I may be charged a penalty fee, with no info about the conditions for charging a fee or the amount of the fee. It is useful for getting a fare estimate though.

previous rating was for a different business model. this groups taxi companies under a ride share framework but you pay taxi prices so it's not worth it. I miss zoomy, it's a shame it couldn't work

Being a 100% Kiwi-owned company, we pay our fair share of tax and believe in paying our drivers a fair amount, therefore prices might be higher.
Our Taxi partners pride themselves on no surge pricing, so compare us during busy periods!

Awful. Would absolutely rate 0 stars if I could. Tried to sign in, tells me I need to sign up again. Try to sign up, doesn't send the SMS and then tells me I'm trying too often and need to wait an hour. Wait an hour and it tells me to wait 0 minutes. Never sends the code.
