good program, I think the product is the problem, the fact it can not hold a Bluetooth connection from 20' away is very annoying. Edit: forced obsolescence is a scam. I was ok with not updating the app as long as I would be able to use my device through my child's 2nd or even 3rd year. Nope! then you tell me that the "standard product features" of the device are still available... NOPE! I PURCHASED IT FOR THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. I AM NOT SOME THROW IT AWAY AND GET ANOTHER ONE PARENT!

Lumaloo: u can only have 1 routine each day. Cant add tasks w/their own start times. Cant add naps w/times as a routine. doesnt record when they go down or wake up from naps. Theres a feature that plays music&vibrates to wake u up, the music gets louder the longer it plays. It only shuts off once u click wake up. It ignores your volume keys so u cant turn it down. today it didnt shut off when I clicked wake up or even when I exited app. Had to restart my phone. No widget. App is EXTREMELY laggy

Since the 1/2020 update this has been impossible to use. I use this for the soother. Since the update you cannot adjust modes for the soother as easily, it won't pair, doesn't stay connected if you have the fortune to pair it. You cannot adjust anything about the sleep stages settings without taking it out of sleep mode first. It was very good before. Now just clunky, not intuitive or user friendly. :( I uninstalled and reinstalled like one user suggested and it still doesn't work.
