Members from across the globe build a community and contribute towards creating the Ark Index by ranking nations, states, issues both domestic and international. The Ark index will overtime represent a cumulative reflection of thousands maybe millions of people and their understanding of the world around them.

A consolidated view or a Global Index representing what people think in a connected globalized world is a daunting task and one we hope to achieve with your help. If sharing an idea with someone across the street or continents changed someone's life, it is our imperative to do so.
