Horrible Tracking. Salesman will lie and say you have 24/7 recording uploaded to the cloud. This is a lie. You only have little clips when one of Fleetsharps premade notifications go off There is no mobile live view of your GPS/ dash cam on the mobile app. And the live view of the desktop only offers one minute clips. Pathetic Customer service does not answer phone calls or emails after weeks and months. Do not get any of their services. Horrible app and horrible service. 0 / 5

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on the app. We understand the necessity of being able to see, real time into your fleet vehicles and are working to include the Live View dash cam feature in the Android app in a future release. When I made an inquiry about what was involved in discontinuing service, they didn't respond with actual words; they immediately cut off our service. When I contacted them and communicated the problem, they agreed to reactivate it.........for a charge. Left with no choice, I agreed as I needed access to data. The service was supposed to run throughout January; we could no longer access it on 1/31. It was worth it going back to them for anything. Just avoid this company, please.
