Confusing feature/membership management- two Cosmed apps and a OnePoint app at the same time. I don't know which app to use for purchase nor where to locate my coupon/voucher.

Product classification not clearly, app response slowly. Most important thing is that app is not directly developed by Cosmed, there are concerns about the privacy of membership data.

No English version! Confusing to enrol. Only for Taiwan market? Initially thinking of buying direct purchase from them.. Very disappointed. Uninstall. 😢😡
