Good luck ever getting in contact with them. A company hit swipe on redeem before they scanned the barcode (granted isn't groupons fault) but I couldn't receive the services because of us it. So I tried to contact Groupon. They don't have a number to call. The email no longer works and you will receive a email back saying it is no longer active. And if you hit email in the customer support tab it won't let you send anything. So I won't get a refund. The live assistant won't help you either

I never used Groupon because in the past it was not very user friendly and or too many steps, I would get lost in the process. But now with the Groupon App it's soooo easy and user friendly. It literally takes 30 seconds or less to make your Groupon selection and purchase. I just signed up 3 weeks ago and have already made 2 amazing purchases and pain free purchases. I'm so excited it's this easy now!!!

Tried to purchase a deal, attempted to add two different credit cards to my account for the purchase. Every time I went through all the info to add the app said invalid info. Quite aggregating especially after doing it multiple times. I know both cards are good. Not the first time I purchased a Groupon. Not sure what is wrong with the app, signed in, good credit cards, good signal on phone, app needs help. Went ahead and paid full price just because we were there at the establishment. Not happy.
