I've been a customer since 2021 and had been very happy with the service. Since a recent update, there is no way to contact customer services through the app. A second issue is that I can no longer turn off the auto-renewal for the monthly contract. I only use my SIM for the months that I need it. These two issues mean that I will have to end my contact if they cannot be resolved. I emailed customer care last week, but after answering their questions they didn't reply.

It used to be somewhat okay. With the new UI, I can no longer see my data spending grouped by day. Now, I see a lot of information that is very chaotic and irrelevant. Very slow too. Update: the usage details is using the wrong timezone

When trying to buy a roaming add-on: you use the keyboard to search the list of countries, but you can't scroll down and choose: there's just no way to scroll. (Not that I want to! Typing a couple of letters is much faster.)
