UPDATE March 2022: Downgrading to one star, the upload keeps failing :-( The idea is great, but the App could use some work. The frequent problem that I run into is after I record a Bonjoro video on phone, sometimes I find it days later that it failed to upload. and when i try to upload it again it just keeps failing repeatedly. I have to delete and rerecord and watch the upload queue to make sure that it got uploaded. The idea is great. i find myself recording most bonjoros from my PC.

I am really really trying to come back and use it, but I find the features very poor. Recording is easy but I can't even search in my own phone contacts, it actually shows a 🔎 icon but it's not a search... You want me to doom scroll thousands of contacts to find just one? Really... Add search and it will be a win.

Out of 4 videos, 2 failed to upload and there was no easy way to know they had failed. (I didnt notice until days later). Thats 2 missed opportunities to welcome my new clients.. and isnt that the point of Bonjoro? It was frustrating. I like the idea but I cant really see myself paying an annual fee for a non functional service.
