A couple issues, because it is not actually a phone call, when an actual cellular call comes in, the caller on this system cannot hear me until I reject the other call. Separately, it would be a lot better if I could assign a different ringtone to the whole program and to individual callers. It's annoying that I don't know if it's my personal phone or the system ringing. Finally, it would be awesome if you could set do not disturb time where it automatically becomes available again.

User experience with this app can be very frustrating, particularly with Bluetooth connections. With Bluetooth, the app must be in the foreground (with screen on) to work, but even then it can act strange (random volume changes. When it's not in the foreground the callers voice is unable to be heard. Also, schedules for the Profiles are missing. It would be awesome to schedule my availability via mobile as to prevent 3am callers.

Lack of decent functionality (same goes for how underwhelming the desktop and web client is). Most importantly, "Nearby Devices" should not be required to make/take an "audio call" as you put it. A phone already contains the necessary inputs/outputs to handle this perfectly fine without a "bluetooth device".
