I don't know what happened to this once awesome fine service. It all started when none of my devices would connect and they arbitrarily changed the login from username to email... OK I could finally login, but it's just been buggy since late December. I'll struggle to get my pc back online for a few hours and then the problem will crop up on my Android phone. Used to be I never had ANY problems for 5+ years. I just don't know... I'll put in a trouble ticket and a few hours of uninstalling. Ugggg

Hi Quentin, please send us an email to managment@ipvanish.com and we can help. We recommend you change your active protocol to WireGuard® on all of your devices using IPVanish. It allows for the fastest connections. We also recommend you installed the newest version of our apps on your devices as well.

It is becoming spotty at best, when it actually works. One phone can connect via Wireguard sometimes. Other times, I am using IKE. Evem when connected, my speeds are similar to 2.5G. My other phone isn't even connecting. All I get is an "Error connecting to Wireguard (code0). Contact support." Nothing in the FAQ database. The bot help desk doesn't have an answer. Staff had me waiting for 10 minutes before I closed out the chat. I'll give them a few more days before I look to another provider.

Some of the issues I've experienced(paid subscription). It's NOT SECURE. Websites know you're using a VPN! Along with your ISP Or Network Admins. Also Only ONE of the connection Protocols works, WireGuard. All others don't connect. I've been looking for a Nord alternative and will have to continue. To be fair it's speeds are alright and connecting is quick... usually. For the price it's an easy pass. subscription ends in 2months and already looking for a new option.

Wireguard is the best and only protocol you need to use to have a completely secure and very fast connection.
