Ohio Lottery

The app used to work fine for me before the most recent update. I just updated it and now it won't access any game results, how to plays, etc. Basically anything it needs to access from the internet won't load. (I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well, just to see if a clean install fixed the problem. It did not.) Please fix it and I will change the rating to 4 or 5 stars, depending on how well it works once it works at all.

I haven't tried to use the app in a few weeks. I know the Lottery Commission had a problem, I believe on 4/5. I tried to redeem some tickets today and I keep getting the message "Error or invalid entry. This promotion code does not exist or is already expired." These are Mega Milliins or Powerball tickets from the last 10 days, so they are not expired. Before thus, I have been using the app for years. I did try Uninstaller and reinstalling the app, but no change.

The app no longer works. I am not the only one having trouble with the app either, most people are complaining about how since the update, the app is not working. Every time I try to scan a ticket it just says "There was an error. Please try again later" My boyfriend is getting the exact same error on his phone too, as well as my sister. Also whenever you use the flashlight to try to scan a ticket, the flashlight on your phone gets stuck, even if you exit the app, and close it out completely.
