Wait until all the bugs are sorted out: Just tried the much anticipated loading of my metro card from my phone. It read my card to recognise it at first just fine, but then failed at loading the fares on my card. Now my funds are stuck in limbo until I get refunded (an automatic from the app). Figured it would go perfectly this early in the game.

App is ok, uses Google Maps to determine routes and sometimes gets it wrong. Sends me via Montreal and Longueuil to get to La Prairie from Saint-Constant. Unable to use NFC on Android 15. On two other phones I was unable to make fare purchases as it does not allow me to add a new card and fails on step 2/3. Tried using the internal app support menu and dumps me to a Share Comment prompt and asks me to select which app to use for sharing. It's like there was no Q/A done on this version.

This app is inconsistent. It read my Opus card, allowed me to purchase a fare, went to load the fare, then app said the transaction failed. I restarted with reading the Opus card, and it automatically started loading the fare! So the app needs a bit of work still-users shouldn't receive conflicting messages from the app. If the transaction failed, the fares shouldn't have loaded.

Bonjour Robert, vous avez 30min pour recharger votre titre après l'achat. Certains utilisateurs oublient de recharger ou d'autres vivront un problème comme vous. Lorsque vous réouvrez l'appli dans un délai de 30min, nous vous offrons la chance de recharger votre titre. Après 30min sans recharge, un remboursement est émis. Merci, l'Équipe Chrono
