While the concept is good, and it works most of the time, there are a few occasional issues. For example: The payment did not go through at all, after going through 2FA(having to open a bank app to approve). Buying the tickets from the site later, even though logged in, the tickets do not synchronize to your account in the app. That being said, when it works, it's a smooth and comfortable experience and the design is easy to navigate and understand, as well as nice to look at.

There's no way to manage the stored credit card. Neither an option not to store the card at all. Update: I was eager to see the new card management and unfortunatelly I have forgotten my account password. So I had to use the pwd retrieval functionality. And to my surprise I was sent a new pwd in plain text via email. Sending a password reset link would be a more secure way. Currently anyone can reset someone else's pwd just by knowing their email. That's not not how it should be.

Unreliable! I selected a ticket and the App purchased the next bus, 1 hour later. No warnings. I had to spend 1 additional hour at the airport. Very bad, I'd say fraudelent and misleading.
