Daewoo Express Mobile

I recently used the Daewoo Express app for travel, but found it lacking. The app's interface is not user-friendly, and it fails to locate routes for specific areas. This crucial feature's absence significantly detracts from its usefulness. I hope the developers address these issues to improve the app's functionality and user experience.

Experience is going worst day by day. App interface is not user friendly. Fraudster app. If one mistakenly buy wrong ticket customer service asks to initiate refund through app only which they have created very difficult method. In last experience bus dropped out and they informed at 11th hour and asked to initiate refund through which I did but received nothing till date. Today I tried hard to buy ticket but after receiving OTP many times not a single I was able to submit that otp in app.

Asalam o alykom. I already requested to modify the seat numbers in the buses as per the app. There is always conflict when the people choose the windows seat from the app and actually different in the bus. Mostly I had misbehave from other passengers. So what is the advantage of this app if people cannot get the required seats, window or aisle?
