The product range is really good. But these products never get delivered on time. This was the fourth time when delivery status was showing "delivery attempted", but it wasn't. In March I already raised the complaint regarding this but still same condition. When I asked about Delivery agent's warehouse address, they were not having exact address in their database. In their retail outlets, people are so rude that I don't feel like visiting the stores anymore.

Worst experience...it's almost 10 days, that a product return request was approved. Still no pickup. No proper phone call assistant, only some useless digital assistance. No mail response, only useless auto response. Better use road side shops to buy products, which are way better in service. One of the worst online shopping experience. I'm going to ladge a complaint in consumer court

Return and Exchange policy is pathetic..It is understood that for kids clothing and footwear it is very difficult to find out which size will fit the best, but once you order something from them they will apply all measures so that you can't replace/Return it. They think that people are ordering and Exchanging/Replacing the products for fun .They will close all your complaint with utmost lethargy. Awful Experience, I had wasted my 1 year subscription on it. Please stay away from it.
