Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

This would have to be the worst app around. Up until recently, I could see all my services, and now they have vanished. I can't even access any of my previous bills. Requested help through the app and got onto a call centre. The staff member did their best (despite not being a Telstra customer themselves) but couldn't find a solution, and that was that. Nothing else they could do. For a company the size of Telstra this is unacceptable. The problem isn't even rectified in the desktop site!

This app is a pain. Its fiddly to log in and takes forever. It jumps around every. Its hard to work out where to go. It keeps sending me back to the webpage and it looks like I'm signed out. Its hanging onto account names from 20 years ago that I cant get rid of. I finally get in and work out how to raise a case for technical help and I get an error and it says to do it again. Compounding this frustration is the fact that telstra makes it hard for you to contact them any other way.
