Hello, I have problems accessing my account through the App. It is super slow and I can't make transactions. I am outside of Taiwan at the moment and therefore can't receive messages to my Taiwanese phone number. Is there anyway to get in contact with someone who can speak English and can help me to solve this issue?

Unable to update, just waiting for download all the time while updating and the old version app also can't be useing anymore.
