I've lost 2 pants sizes in under a month! I applied the exercise that works nearly everything and it is amazing!!! Greg is interesting to watch and every movement he does on video, anyone can do. It's unbelievable but true-to see and experience results, you only need one kettlebell and do a workout every day. NOT a workout in my opinion. It's more like, desirable movement that awakens your body and mind which then function better/more efficiently. No need for gyms, yoga or running.💪👍

Great app... The exercises are clearly explained even for novices like me. Its explained in words, drawn images and a video so should be accessible to everyone. I like the variation of the workouts and especially like the random selection so if I'm not in the mood to swing ill just skip that one! The only annoyance for me is where the 'new workout' button is - I keep hitting it by mistake, personally I'd like it to be smaller or elsewhere just for clumsy people like me.

This app his exremely helpful and easy to use. It takes the "thinking" out of creating a kettlebell workout. Greg is an excellent instructor, his videos are short, yet clear and concise. It would be worth your while to watch the videos if you need a refresher on how to perform a movement, or if you have not yet learned a technique. Enjoy! And thank you Greg. Another fantastic product!
