Home screen is absolutely useless. It works , but audio from screen at the entrance is low and difficult to hear . So far video is not working for me Edit: we've had this installed for over a year now. It frequently stops working several times a week

Highly unreliable. It is random whether you get notifications that someone is calling you or not, sound quality is atrocious, and video only turns on every now and then when you actually get a notification.
