• Launch the app and locate the nearest bicycle
• Scan the QR code on the bicycle and wait for the lock to unlock
• Check the bicycle before taking a fun and healthy ride to your destination
• Once you have arrived at your destination, lock up the bicycle, tap end trip, and scan the yellow QR parking area at the designated area to complete your ride

app has been broken for about a week or so from the time of writing, despite contacting support. for anyone reading and need to access the menu to cancel payment or delete your debit card. you can turn off your wifi/4g and enter it app, you won't get stuck on the landing page and can nav to the menu/settings. then you can turn your internet back on, and do whatever in the menu. :)

Terrible app. So hard to navigate...keeps going to the same few options which is to unlock or buy the passes. Totally frustrating. And beware of the autorenewals. The app pushes you to buy their passes and will keep deducting on autorenewal without any notification after the initial purchase. And because its so difficult to navigate the app, it will be hard to see your account details and you may very well be paying repeated without knowing!! Don't be a victim to that.

Worst app I've ever used. First, you have to transfer minimum of $10 into the account and it wouldn't be refunded after. I would be okay with this if my experience was good, but it wasn't. Second, the app's location sensors are faulty, my location cursor kept showing me at locations that are not where I was at (couldn't find a bike because of this and even though I parked at the designated parking area, I had to pay a $5 fee because the app showed that I did not park there).
