This is my second attempt to use the app in a year. The first time was disappointing as I couldn't use it to get access to the centre. This year, I thought things had improved as I could access the centre, and shortly after my kid class, I could check its progress. That worked only a week. The payment section is out of date. I received an email regarding payment method changes, whichever was not synced to the message section. The app completely lacks functionality. It's still disappointing.

The app is not intuitive. Also it doesn't allow me to see which activities are available at my local centre without 'booking'. For example, I want to go for a leisurely swim. I can only 'book' into sessions such as Fitness Swimming, Women's Swimming, Trans Swimming, Swim For All, etc. This discourages people from just turning up for a casual swim.

Really poor quality. The dev team needs to sort it out. I can't book for my son because my wife already created a profile for him and Better can't fix that for me. So I have to book through her account. By the time I've entered the details the login session has expired, on an app... why!? Despite multiple attempts I've not been able to book a class for him. Terrible functionality, gives the impression no one did any meaningful testing.
