The app works fine but using it is awkward, you have to show the app to the driver instead of being able to scan the qr code or use nft which is very awkward. And there is no monetary benefit because buying 10 bonobus trips on a plastic mobilis card is cheaper than buying them with the app.

I had to insert the card twice (I see some people have reported having issues with their payment method, so it might be just a matter of insisting), but the app is very useful and easy to use. Might be better to find the route on Google first and then get the bus tickets here.

We ran out of cash so we decided to buy the bust tickets by the app. It doesn't let me pay. The app asks for the postal code (???) I tried with a Valencian one and it still doesn't work. Trash app. Useless as a tourist. In conclusion either you go cash and buy the ticket on board or nothing because the app doesn't work. And there is NO OTHER WAY to buy bus tickets. 10/10 really 🙃
