MINDEF/SAF ESS

Very poor app. Very slow and crashes all the time. Selections are also not intuitive to use (e.g time bar "slides" too much and difficult to select the exact time). After being deployed for so long, the app is still rubbish. Still crashes often and is extremely slow.

Would have given less than a star if I could. The app is glitchy, laggy and hard to use, it is not intuitive nor catered for optimal user interface at all. The functions within the app may or may not work and usually it requires the user to restart from the beginning. Just terrible.

So many bugs I thought I was outfield. If the ESS isn't working, why not show a notice on the login screen so that EVERYONE is informed instead of sending an email which probably would not get disseminated in time? I think its generally a good idea to shift MC/leave application to a self service system. However, the application needs a lot of polish in the user experience. Often I would experience the spinning grey ball of death and have to restart. Also, the loading times are way too long.
