So frustrating.. it didn't recognize my fingerprint and since this happened after years of using it, I forgot the pin and had to find a branch with terminal to activate app again. When I tried to reactivate s Identity on the terminal, it said to me that I don't even have George activated. Seems it deactivated my George app too..

The fingerprint check is done by your phone and not by s Identity itself. That is why we require users to define a PIN during the initial setup, so that there's always a fallback option. (gp)

For like half a year now, whenever something has to be signed, most of the text and buttons aren't visible! I've experienced this on a Pixel 2, as well as a Pixel 7a. PLUS: To migrate to a new phone, one has to log in to the web version of George. Seriously?! I haven't used the web version in... I have NEVER used the web version. Just put it in the app!

There is usually a trade off between security and usability. This app is doing neither. The communication with the server is horribly slow. After logging in, I regularily have to wait for one minute for the confirmation code. After confirming the action, e.g. transaction, you have to wait again for a minute. As the app returns to the login screen after every background/screen lock this also means, that I have to keep my phone active for that duration. No phone on the market keeps the screen active for such a long duration by default. Finally, switching back to TAN is not an option. Neither is there an option to enable any proven 2nd factor authentication method, like YubiKey or Authenticator.
